Most courses will be taught utilizing digital books on the iPad2. Digital books offer better features than regular paper books, and are often less expensive. A link to Classbook.com will be activated on our website. Students can purchase books at that time using their course schedule provided by the Dean of Academic Affairs. South Kent School requires that you establish an iTunes account and an Amazon account linked to your South Kent email address. If you already have an iTunes account and/or Amazon account, please update that account to reflect your South Kent email address.
Once you have set up your iTunes account, please download the following free e-reader apps through the app store:
All eTextbook purchases must be made through Classbook.com as they provide a safe and secure “delivery” to our student’s iPads. There will be an information and training session on eTextbooks scheduled after Registration Day.
